Terms & Conditions

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Attendees must provide accurate personal and company information during registration.
• Registration is non-transferable unless approved by the organizers in writing.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
• Attendees must present their booking confirmation or reference number at the event.

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
• We accept payment via credit/debit card, EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and other methods available through PayFast.
• Early bird pricing is only available until the stated deadline and cannot be honored after expiry.
• Group package pricing requires a minimum of 10 attendees from the same organization.

• 45 days before event: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days before event: No refund, but registration may be transferred to another person.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to summit@tendersuccess.co.za.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

The organizers reserve the right to:

• Change the event date, venue, or programme content due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Substitute speakers or presenters with alternatives of similar expertise.
• Cancel the event if necessary, in which case a full refund will be provided.
• Attendees will be notified of any significant changes via email as soon as possible.

All attendees are expected to:

• Behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff.
• Not engage in any disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior.
• Comply with venue rules and safety regulations.
• Not record sessions without prior written permission from the organizers.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these conduct standards without refund.

• All content presented at the event, including presentations, materials, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers or Tender Success Summit.
• Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share event content without written permission.
• Photography and videography by attendees for personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated.
